Red face Starting Problems

I just bought a 2006 HHR and yes, it was everything I anticipated! What an automobile; it was worth the wait.
The vehicle is used and has about 37k. I noticed that when I drive a distance turn the car off and leave it for a few minutes, it doesn't start the forst time. The other thing is that it feels like the key sticks sometimes. When I turn the key the second time, it fires up and we're rolling !
Any thoughts on this strangeness?

Lovin' my HHR

I had a similar problem. Ended up being a connection on the bottom of the main fuse panel. Dealer said there was a TSB on it and repaired it under warranty. No problems since.

Resolved Hard starting.

Thanks to the previous posts I resolved my problem. I popped the fuse panels and re-seated the fuses and connections and the problem resolved itself.

Life is indeed good!

Thanks to all those who participate on this board!!
