The dealer just told me that they talked to the manufacturer of the carpet and they are able to send the dealer replacement hooks. They should have them by Tuesday. So we will see what happens.

I'm glad to see that they are working with you finally.
As ChevyMgr said, it should have been part of the cert. process as that really is a safety item. (even as petty as it may sound).
I've never heard of a BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty that covers absolutley everything..... except......

They put the part in today. And it only took them a few minutes to take care of it. So at least it is there! :)
