Drivers Side Mat Question
If it was broken when they did the certification check out it should have been fixed by the dealership before certifying. That's what it is all about. So they either need to warranty it, which they should, or the used car department needs to pay for it. I have seen this on many mats in different models and always covered it with GM warranty.
DrTrapper,
I'm sorry you're having this problem. Let us know what you find out from the dealer today and then get back to us.
Thank you,
Evan, Chevrolet Customer Service

The dealer just told me that they talked to the manufacturer of the carpet and they are able to send the dealer replacement hooks. They should have them by Tuesday. So we will see what happens.

As ChevyMgr said, it should have been part of the cert. process as that really is a safety item. (even as petty as it may sound).
I've never heard of a BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty that covers absolutley everything..... except......
