I’m thinking time to invest in a new battery, this seems to be the cause

Most of those codes seem to point to a voltage issue. Bad battery , short etc.
But. Some of those codes point to timing chain problems. P0016,17 especially.
How many miles and which engine is this ?

As far as what wire. Hard to say without a picture. Could be any one of the many wires in the harness. Sounds like you have some serious wiring issues that need fixing. If you’re not knowledgeable about modern wiring circuits, don’t go messing with it. Lots of those data lines and such can’t be fixed the old school way of cut and splice.

The cars only got 105000 kms on it. So like 50k miles. I think it had some water damage. I bought the car with the driver window stuck down. But yeah this one looked special unless someone else was here before me and just replaced it with what they had on hand I'll send a picture of it soon but yeah that's why I was hesitant to remove it. But it's just a matter of time until there's not much to remove lol. But. Ugh. So if that wire is the issue it's beyond me fixing it myself? It's a shame it's a beautiful car but looks like it's headed to the dump if it's going to cost me 2grand for some mechanic to pull the whole car apart and tell me he can't find the problem

You beat me to it, that wire appears to be for the seat pressure pad to tell you to buckle up. Simple wire , not lan or communication wire
strip the black tape off and post another photo of the wires

Thanks again guys I really am happy there's a forum here with knowledgeable people, I love my HHR and she's still a baby in my opinion so id hate to see her go to the junk yard, other than this it was a really solid car might go back out tonight and do more tinkering I'll take better pictures then. If not I'll post more tomorrow cheers guys

Bet the CEL has been on for awhile, right? Fixing that bad wire ans a new battery may solve most of your electrical problems, but you have a cam timing chain crisis. You need to stop driving it until addressed, low miles or not.
