Thanks for that, I spoke to the second dealer service manager, he will check out the HHR on 12-01-2011, he stated he will swap the tires with another HHR they have on the new car lot, just to test the noise and confirm tires or hub bearings, I'll let you know

 

I took OldBlue in this morning to the dealersship they just called , both the front hubs are noisy and wwill be replaced under warrenty, they noted the steering column is making someclicking noise but said it is not covered under warrenty, so any suggestions for the steering column like a TSB #

 

Put up with a bit of clicking, it's not a safety issue. Mine does it, no play. It is that double U-joint where the shaft takes an 80 degree turn. I'd complain, too!
