see post #45.

In 2008 model year they upgraded the part and programming and advised that if 2006 and 2007 cars have the problem to replace them.

Oldblue seems to be happy but he has had a few odd problems that could be related.

It is up to you.

My P0420 was resolved by replacing the defective catalytic converter from April 2014. It crapped out in April 2016.

My fuel injectors as I point out in my previous post are the correct injectors. For both the 2006 and 2007 2.2 and 2.4.
As I see in post #1, we are dealing with a 2006 2.4 correct?

The 12625029 injectors are for 2008 HHR as in your link

The TSB suggests installing 12526029 part number , so go with them

OKAY, just ignore the TSB that is applicable to 2006-2007 2.4L cars.

The parts books ignore it. The OP is having EXACTLY the conditions sited in the TSB.

Again, the reason that your book says those are correct is because they are the Original Equipment, not the Upgraded equipment.

I am sure that many people have gone by the parts book. I am sure that many 2006-2007 HHRs and Cobalts ended up in the junkyard because nobody can read a TSB.
