starting video hard start .
on 1st try it stops cranking before i release the key,
2nd time just cranks too long stumbles to a start.
slight little dieseling when shut off.
then will fire up at the bump of the key.

it's exactly the same every time.

Sounds like fuel supply.
Does the pressure hold for 5 minutes after shut off? Maybe, hook the pressure tester up then watch it while trying to start.
If you open the Schrader valve with engine off gas should spray out, even after hours of sitting. Cover with a rag to prevent gas in your face.
Maybe, junk in the fuel rail.
Try turn the key to run for 2 seconds then off, a couple of times before trying to start.
I can't tell from the vid, you should be releasing the key immediately, it is a momentary switch. Then off (not run) before the next try. The fuel pump only runs for 2 seconds without a start, after 2 seconds of cranking you are wasting battery.
"Exactly the same", even if you shut down then try again right away?
Are the spark plugs ACDelco 41-103?

You're welcome. Still wondering what injectors are in it. (Maybe I missed it.) Dieseling suggests a leak; no more fuel should be released after shutdown. I know, all academic now. Just curious. Or maybe we'll hear from the new owner.
