Need help with Code B3951-02
i have a 2006 hhr which shows code B3951-02 which says i have a short to right rear light ground circuit, which seems to be related to antilock brake system, electronic suspension and steering systems cause it shows fault in those on computer.turning signal blinks very softly to the point you barely notice it blinks, but my speedometer trips, would drive good for a few den transmission shifting problems happen i'll be stuck in first gear sometimes goes to second then stall in it and power steering gets stiff on deep turns den loosen up at times, when i unlock car door alarm goes off also. i just need to know which ground wires to check for this situation, do i check ground wires by the bcm under the hood or the ground by the rear lights.. but even a good diagram/video what explains would be grateful, i fixed every other issues i just stuck on this electrical part. please help

The code is for the right rear brake light, bad ground, check that area, a pin loose in the brake light socket, corrosion in the tail light socket.

Well, the code specifically points to the ground for the right rear TURN signal light shorting to ground. That means that the positive wire is coming into contact with ground. Why would you look somewhere else. The brake/turn signal lights are part of the ABS system.
There is an extended warranty on the power steering.
If you use the fob to lock you need to use it to unlock. What you describe is NORMAL operation of the door lock/security system as noted in your Owner Manual. See my sig for a free digital Owner Manual.
