Perhaps there is a leak. Have you checked the fluid level? Although if fluid leaks out and is replaced with air, the level at the master cylinder might not change noticeably. Could be a damaged O-ring on the hose.

Okay so I removed the fuse box....again.... Love me some engineers.... anyhow, it's not loose at the firewall and I see no visible leaks anywhere. I'm at a loss. But ATM this is our only vehicle and we can't keep driving it grinding gears as it is. I'm gonna try to bleed it one more time and check the trans fluid level again and just double check everything, connections and all....hopefully I find something....

And a damaged o-ring is a possibility I suppose. The question is which one lol?? If I come up with nothing from my other checks I guess I'll revert to taking it back apart n check all the o-rings also.

He said the clutch pedal is spongy. Could be an internal leak in the master cylinder.
