The SDM controls the seatbelts and airbags, the airbag warnings would be active.

#33 is power for the O2 sensors IIRC.

It could be the run/crank relay, that should make maliuhhr happy.

The car only stalls out, or misses and sputters when all the way warmed up, could this affect weather it's a relay, fuse, wire or anything else?

I'm thinking a fuel pump issue either loose wires or ground or faulty pump. Now there could also be other problems, you said the spark plugs aren't that old but what plugs are in the HHR AC Delco's 41-103 iridium plugs ?

I'm pretty sure, I now they're AC Delco spark plugs for sure. It's been at least 2-3 years since they were replaced.

It mainly occurs in the morning, right before work, when the engine is warmed up, and idling in park. I have had the issue occur, later in the day too, and also while in drive and idling.

I have been to three different service shops, including a local Chevy dealer. The first diagnosis at the Chevy dealer, was a loose oil cap. This turned out to be false. The next diagnosis was the throttle body. I had the throttle body cleaned, and the mass airflow censor cleaned too, as they were both dirty. The car still stalled out again within a few days.

I have also replaced the battery, and starter during this process. The car is still stalling out, it did it again this morning.

I also ran Lucas Fuel injector through the gas tank one time. I don't know what to do next. Fuel pump and filter setup? Fuel injectors? CO2 censors? EGR Valve? Map Censor? Looking for sugestions and help here. Please and thank you in advance to anyone who can help. Also the check engine light has not come on, and the vehicle always starts right back up.
hope I am doing this right.............check reply#17................
