During Stitch's break-in period, the rear wiper left a swath right across the middle, regardless of how heavy the rain or whether I'd hit the squirter. After about ... oh, eight or nine months or so, the blade evened out, and it cleans excellently ever since.

Tell your Service Manager about Service Information Document ID#1751070. It concerns the "Rear wiper not working properly, it might swipe 2-3 times then stop at random at any place on the glass". It says to check the yellow wire terminal on circuit 5456 at C400 in the back headliner area. The terminal has been found to actually be attached to the wire through the insulation, not making proper contact. Striping back the insulation and crimping on a new terminal should fix the problem. Hope this helps. Keep us informed....

I'm now having this same problem. It will stop at a random point and a minute or so later start again, stop again, start again.....

It doesn't do it when I press in for washer fluid, it goes fine until the cycle is over, then its back to stop-n-go! Guess I'll be going to the dealer
