seat heater question
Hi guys
I have a question about the heated seats.
My seat heater worked fine throughout the winter. Some time ago I tried to turn it on.
The result is negative: the light on the console blinks, heating does not work. Air temperature + 12C.
I'm confused, I have only two thoughts:
1. My heater was dead;
2. My heater is configured so as not to work during the warmer months.
Please your opinion, I will be grateful for your help.

the Urals in early May climbs grass of the land, many dandelions.
But without the coat is still cold. Frost at night.
Night rains sometimes turn into sleet. But not for long, the summer is near.

In Russia, there is an anecdote about an African student who writes a letter home:
"I've heard a lot about the Russian winter, but did not think it was so fearfully. I'm going crazy from the cold, I can not sleep at night. I cry at the thought that I have to go outside!"
The second letter home: "I was just a donkey! Green winter was over very quickly and began a long White winter !..."
