when you unplug the maf the car runs good but with no boost with code p0101. when you plug the maf in the car spits and misfires and shuts off. replaced the maf twice, checked for cracks in the intake tube. everything is good on that end. hoping its a boost leak cause i got a Hahn intercooler and piping coming

 

Like was asked before, what tune do you have?

 

got a tune from zzp a few yrs ago. even when this problem started, had it sent back to zzp for a retune. even went as far as to getting a new one. still the same. unplug the maf, good but no boost, plug it in. no good. car shuts off

 

OK, so are you using the stock MAP sensors, or the 3 bar sensors? The lower 3 bar sensor has been known to cause issues when the AC components come into contact with it, as well as poorly crimped, not soldered, connector issue.

 

Yeah using stock map sensors. Was thinking about upgrading to the stage 1 sensor
