Thanks everyone, I will have them start by checking the strut mounts.

No I'm not turning the wheel excessively while parked, I do know that puts unnecessary stress on the PS system in any vehicle.

Yes I am most definitely taking it to a different garage. Intermediate shaft checks out fine as well, no sign of binding any of the U joints. I will let you all know if the problem changes or what I ultimately figure out.

Thank you all!

You've replaced all these parts, (I'm especially thinking about the tie rod ends), did I just miss you mention that you had it aligned?

Not to be a harbinger of doom, but I had similar issues some years back. I replaced the EPS and still it persisted. Found out that the rack and pinion was damaged, probably from the shimmy caused by warped rotors. Dealer repaired because I did not have the time or place to do the work myself. Cost just over $900.

Have the Lower Control arms been replaced? The rear bushing is a frequent failure, not easily inspected. With the car in park attempt to roll the front tires; if the car moves with the roll they are OK.
Guys - about the strut mount bearing.

I had its size, but I lost it.
Perhaps someone holds this part in their hands or simply knows its inner and outer diameters, as well as its thickness.

Please share the information. Sizes needed.
