you just go read the responses to your previous postings - the ones where you asked these questions before, and we responded with some good advise. As you say, it isn't that complicated. Oh you are making yourself welcome mr.

Oneton makes a great point - Cam sensors or Cam solenoids? There's a huge difference. I was also getting the T/C light and replaced the Cam Exhaust Solenoid but that's because my code (P0014) told me it was the exhaust not the intake. However, you MUST have the code in order for people to help you.

Kellypmk1 - all that makes perfect sense - and all of it has been put to him in his previous posts, yet he seems intent on waiting for his tranny to go boom from the hard shifting.
