We has this vehicle a month. Tried to put a audio system in.with a amp new radio and speakers.unsuccessful.we blown fuses.replaced them.tried the 30 min relearn because the car wont start.it clicks like it wants to turn over.like a him noise.battery is good.is there something I'm over looking? Something I'm missing? Is there a easy fix? Do you think I should call the dealer ?

My first thought is it is the battery is too low a charge. It sounds like you used a fair bit of the battery when installing the audio system (blowing fuses etc.). But you say the battery is good - how do you know it's good? What is the voltage reading directly off the battery? If it's charged it should be 12.6-12.7V.

the battery is pretty small in the HHR, and does not take well to being drained even for a short while - ie: a half hour to an hour will often drain it pretty bad, depending on what you are doing (even with the doors open, and lights on)

Welcome to the site, please elaborate in your new radio, it is possibility the anti theft has the ECM thinking someone stole the car.
Did you use any harness adapters or just cut into the harness?
