Anyone know how to get this thing off so I can remove the valve cover? Already got the bolt out but its not coming off.

If I remember, it just comes straight out, there's an O-ring around a tube.

Got it. Just had to pull a bit. It was a pretty tight fit.

Took the valve cover off, did some cleaning.

Propped up the motor via block under the oil pan and removed the passenger side motor mount. Got it up a decent amount.

What do I need to take off next?

The harmonic balancer bolt, then the serpentine belt and tensioner, then the front cover.
That will get you access to the chains. You will have to lower the engine to get the long water pump bolt out!

lower as in lower than stock height?

Forgot to order new camshaft sprocket bolts. I wonder if napa or AutoZone would have them?

Lower than stock, just to get that one bolt out.
min a pinch you can reuse the camshaft bolts and the crankshaft bolt.

What/where are the crankshaft bolts?

This one it’s a 21 mm use a pry bar or large screw driver to hold the harmonic balancer to loosen that bolt.
