2008 hhr horrible tread wear on rear

The link above, posted by 843de is kind of odd and older. It shows the correct specs but shows a FE0, FE2 suspensions(??)

No offense taken, just noticed the odd suspension codes myself, good job on digging up the other thread.

To the OP, what sort of tire rotation schedule and pattern are you using?

If the wear is on the inside, for sure hubs. If you park uphill and walk up behind the car you will probably notice the wheels are canted, (top closer to the car, bottom out). / \
If they are also bumpy, same thing.

Jack a rear wheel up and push-pull on it, any play that you can feel is unacceptable. Or, have someone who owns a runout gauge check the end play .005 inch is the max.

Unless you hit something really hard, the rear does not get aligned even though it is possible to do it.
