Alignment question
But if that is the "after", it's not "just the rear". The thrust angle is even off by .2 degrees. And both right side toes are wacky. In other words: the front end alignment is not correct. The center is off. The front toe is off. It is not a question of a rear wheel toe setting. I am assuming your rear axle is not bent and that the tech cared enough to look at all 4 hubs and the lower control arm bushings.
Again, IF that is the AFTER shot. You should get it re done.
IF it is the BEFORE, my math does not count.

I am guessing somebody really hit a curb at some time.
Has the RR been wearing oddly?
Was the RR bearing checked? Although that should show in camber more, and change with out doing any adjustments.
Unless there is excessive wear, that tiny bit would only make a difference on a race car.
If it really bothers you the shims are cheap and can be done at home, since you know the value you need.

Thanks donbrew for your help and yes my wife back in to a parking block on that side and I had to have the rim repaired it was leaking air on the inside of the lip on the rim...ok to check that wheel bearing the same way you do the front? Also when I got tires for the car the right rear had no wear what's so ever .. So if I had to shim it how do you firgue what shim too use ? I am guessing on degree or what .. Thanks again
Check the bearing for endplay like the fronts.
Of course, it could be the wheel was not repaired completely and if it was turned on the rack the toe would change.
This would do it, I think there are other types.
