I think your both "right". I could not resist posting that one, just to see who has been paying attention. Question, If your local drivers license is suspended for 6 months, can you still drive a NASCAR?

 

NASCAR has no restrictions regarding the suspension of a civilian drivers license, all that is required to drive in a sanctioned event is a valid competition license issued by NASCAR. Before some changes made following the passing of Dale Earnhardt in 2001, it was possible to have a NASCAR license as young as the age of 13.
