Just an update....It appears I am out $10...I just didnt look right. so i painted it and it still didnt look good...but the motivation is there. I am gonna start asking around junk yards to find a hood cheap and with a little fiberglass/body filler work, and my brothers expertise, I shall have a molded hood that actually looks good. problem is it may take some time. I am thinking buy next summer I should have my custom hood if all goes well

Add a handle to it and make it into a snow shovel. I hear you guys get that white stuff up there.

Hate to say I told you so but I told you so :-P

At least was only $10 and not $100! A molded option will look much better and you'll like it more in the long run.
