I disagree.
There are several posts in these 8 pages that say to check for a wiring problem. Now if you're saying no one mentioned J323 specifically, well of course not.
We're good but not psychic.

Wow. Kudos for following up. I remember following this thread with some amusement (and amazement at the patience of the contributors.) Also remember thinking, “Sounds like not enough voltage getting to those windows.” Lotta good it would have done to say something, and everyone already knew that anyway, I’m sure. Amazed you found the location of high resistance. No surprise, it’s a place where salty water from the drivers’ Wintery feet would land.

Now I wonder if this was the problem with my 2008 door locks that would try to actuate but seemed to have inadequate power and would succeed inconsistently or not at all. All of ‘em. Exactly what would be expected with an unwanted resistor in a common run. I’ll never know, because I sold the car. It was nearly perfect other than that.

Have you tested the headlight bulbs, these have been known to stop working even at the same time.

Page #1, post #2, Donbrew mentioned wires, this would include the green wire. The issue is resolved, and now, enjoy the ride!!

We have already established that this car has serious wiring issues. The sort that comes from submerging in water.

I do not know the cars history.
Some of the windows issues were from lack of knowledge on my part and not so good troubleshooting. I appreciate all the help and advice given.
