Left front speaker doesn't work and chime is very quiet

As I said, these were the most difficult ones to pull out that I've ever encountered.

I had no problem using a plastic putty knife. Took me 90 min to do both sides including cutting the old speakers out of the brackets for reuse with the cheap speakers from AZ.
