Still, lawyer! You're in CA the land of lawsuit, gotta be one on the corner. If you don't trip over one walking out your front door the Bar Association can refer one, usually free consultation.

Actually Don, due to water rationing and restrictions on pedestrian occupancy density, California only allows Lawyers on every other street corner.

Yes land of the lawsuit... haha I was sued over less than $300 in property damage. I backed into someone a long time ago and the driver sued for bodily injury. The courts awarded her $3500. I would say yes. Pre-existing injury, ummm ok how many speed bumps/potholes could have caused this or worse?
