It's a 2.2 and when they tried to pull codes at the auto parts, he says he couldn't get a reading. Like the plug itself was bad. I'll have to figure that out before i can pull codes. So that's the next move. Thanks for all the support and I'll keep posting when i figure something else out.

Check the fuse #29 fuse in the under hood fuse box, the one for the power outlet in the waterfall is also power for the OBDII receptacle .
