OK. So - the good news: The lines are correct. I'm not sure how it appeared that they didn't at first, maybe the angle they sit at created some magical illusion.
The bad news: *DO NOT TRY TO REPLACE THOSE 'SEALS' mentioned above* (ACDelco 24221233 Automatic Transmission Oil Cooler Seal)! They are not seals, but rather pressed in metal bushings that are impregnated with rubber and IMPOSSIBLE TO REMOVE. Long story short, after destroying all the rubber of one them only to figure out they they're not coming out, I decided to go to depot and get some fat o rings and jam a bunch of them on the end of the line, Shockingly, it seems to be working. I imagine it's probably going to seep over time but it beats destroying the trans case over a $10 piece of steel and rubber.
The lines themselves are not bad to do. The radiator definitely had to come out for me to get those E clips off which were also somehow corroded. It wasn't too bad but I did need to go purchase the long hose clamp tool. A quick disconnect tool was not necessary. With the E clips out and the 10mm nut off both ends just pop out.
