just like in Europe, unfortunetly yesterday car went to paintshop so now i have to w8 till monday

It me again.

I have the car for 2 days now, and i would like to start the vechicle from FOB.

So the sytuation is like this. No errors no chec engine, FOB locks unlocks the panic buton works. All the points from earler list are positive i mean non of them should apper when i try to start the engine.

But i click 2 time on the lock button then the remote start, light blink but engine dosnt start. When im in vechicle after the side lights blink i can hear a click near the transmisson. But nothing happens.

Whats more interesting when i was shopping today i was clicking the FOB and the engine started but after 1 sec it shot down.

So i dont have any ideas what could be causing this situation. Any suggestions ?

 

Others have reported similar problems but I don't ever remember a resolution. For some reason the voltage delivered to the starter when using remote start is different from when the key is used. That leads to a ground connection.

Almost has to be a loose ground. Check on top front of the transmission and on the left front on the radiator support. I think there is one around the starter.

You have checked the hood ajar switch? When b is grounded a is not; when a is grounded b is not. So you are looking for continuity between a & c / b & c. The purple wire and the pink black both are on connector C1 on the BCM see:https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/how-...ion-ap3-28551/ . I'm not sure where a goes to ground.

If you jump b & c the RVS should work if a is open.



The neutral switch on the trans.

 

I see on the list - accelerator pedal position greater than 0%. Is there a loose floor mat resting on the pedal?
