3 actually!

Got the waterpump back on. Got new o-rings on the silver pipe thing going to it.

Got both ends connected. Just have to push the thermostat block back enough to bolt it up.

I forgot what bolts went where...there is one longer...anyone know where the longer bolt goes?

Assuming the bottom bolt is the longer bolt?

Yes, longer bolt in the deeper hole. You torqued the 3 sprocket bolts first before you put the balance shaft chain on ?

Haven't got there yet.

Just finished the 3 thermostat housing bolts. Any idea what torque they need? I just did them by hand for now. Hopefully not too much.

Most of the small bolts and nuts are 89 lb in

The 4 water pump bolts are 18 ft lbs

look in our how to threads there is a torque spec thread in there.

Ft lbs or inch lbs for the thermostat housing?? We have a craftsman that goes down to 20 or theoretically 10...

Inch pounds. Typically torque wrenches aren't very accurate at their lower limits like that. You can get an inch lb torque wrench for under $20 at Harbor freight.
